We offer fast and reliable shipping across Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $100, otherwise $9.95
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $19.95
- Overnight Shipping: $29.95 (available in major cities)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
1) Change-of-mind returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible:
- Unopened, unused wallpaper rolls in original, undamaged packaging with all labels intact
- Unopened adhesive powder packs
Not eligible:
- Opened or partially used items
- Cut/trimmed wallpaper, installed wallpaper, or items showing signs of use
- Samples, clearance/“last chance” items, custom or special-order goods
Costs & refunds:
- You’re responsible for return shipping and safe packaging.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order shipped free, we may deduct our actual outbound freight from the refund.
- Once received and inspected, approved change-of-mind refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days (your bank may take extra time).
2) Damaged, defective or incorrect items (ACL)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Please email support@easywallco.com.au with:
- Order number and contact details
- Photos or video showing the issue, packaging, and shipping label
- Batch/roll number (printed on the roll label) if applicable
We’ll organise a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate and cover return freight where required. For wallpaper, please inspect rolls before installation and hang only 1–2 drops initially. If a defect is noticed, stop work and contact us—continuing installation may limit remedies to the affected quantity. (This note does not limit your ACL rights.)
3) Shade, colour & batch variation
Colours may vary between screens and between manufacturing batches. For best results, order enough rolls in one order to ensure a matching batch. If you need to exchange unopened rolls to match batch codes, we’ll help where stock allows (return shipping at customer cost for change-of-mind exchanges).
4) Exchanges
Fastest way: return the item (per sections above) and place a new order for the preferred item. We’ll process your refund as soon as your return is approved.
5) Return process (RMA)
- Email support@easywallco.com.au to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
- We’ll reply with the return address and packing instructions.
- Pack items securely in original or equivalent protective packaging.
- Use a trackable service and keep the receipt. Risk of loss remains with you until we receive the goods.
Returns sent without an RMA or that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may be declined.
6) Warranty
All EasyWall products are covered by guarantees under the ACL. In addition, we warrant our wallpaper and adhesive against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase when used and installed according to instructions. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, abnormal conditions (e.g., excessive moisture), or normal wear and tear.
7) Business & trade orders
For trade/wholesale orders, unopened stock may be accepted back within 30 days at our discretion; a 10% restocking fee may apply to large volume returns to cover handling and re-inspection. Custom or indent orders are final sale unless faulty.
8) Refund timing
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
